86233 is now a celebrity loco having been re-painted into the historic 'Electric Blue' livery originally painted on this class in the mid-1960's. Now named Alstom Heritage it is pictured at Watford Junction on the 20th October 2002.

86233 'Alstom Heritage' in Electric Blue livery is the Virgin class 86 most likely to see continued use as more Pendolinos become available for traffic. Its seen here at Nuneaton on the 12th July 2003.
