73109 is seen stabled in The Hurdles at Woking Station on the evening of 16/02/04.

Class 73 number 73109 is pictured stabled at Woking. It is used to go and rescue EMUs when they fail. It carries the livery of South West Trains who operate it.

Class 73 'Battle of Britain' Electro-Diesel seen at London Waterloo station on 20 May 2001. This locomotive normally works as a Thunderbird locomotive at is normally based at Woking. It was seen earlier that day at Wimbledon where it took the 'Distrct Line' to Clapham Junction to regain the mainline.

The paint was still so fresh, you could smell it !
