These Anglia DBSO/DVT or Motor Driving Cars were originally used in Scotland on Edinburgh-Glasgow services.
They have recently been suffering a number of problems resulting in the requirement of diesel traction at the
'country end' for the Norwich bound services...no complaints here! This example was pictured on the end of a
Liverpool Street bound train on the 25th September 2003.

The only remaining DBSO in INTERCITY livery is this time on a full set of matching coaches heading for
London Liverpool Street. The line off to the right is the North London Line. Most Freight leaves or joins the
main line through Stratford this way. Picture taken on the 25th September 2003.

The 'ONE' livery, which has not gone down well with some, has now appeared on this DBSO
making a somewhat unusual combination when attached to coaches still in an old BR INTERCITY livery.
Pictured as it travelled through Stratford on its way to London Liverpool Street on the 24th April 2004.

Just a little snow remains on the front of the DBSO...otherwise it could be Summer's day!
Stratford is the place and the date 4th March 2005.
