Station of Toulouse-Arènes, on Metro Line C (Arènes-Colomiers).
Metro Line C began to run on 1st September 2003, using part of the Toulouse-Auch RFF line. This station is still managed by SNCF. It was rebuilt under the Metro Line C project, with funding from Région Midi-Pyrénées and SEMVAT/Tisseo. This station is both served by Metro and TER services. Metro Line C services terminate here. Those passengers with SEMVAT/Tisseo-only tickets have to change for Line A (Basso Cambo-Balma Gramont), whose station is further right, down the big building. SNCF ticket holders can conversely board a TER service to Toulouse-Matabiau. 19th April 2004. P.L.Guillemin (plguillemin@yahoo.fr) |

Metro Line C began to run on 1st September 2003, using part of the Toulouse-Auch RFF line. Track has been duplicated on (most of) Line C. Yet, the Arènes-Colomiers segment is operated as a "pair of single tracks" rather than as a genuine double-track: TER services use the left-hand track, while Metro services are confined to the right-hand track. 19th April 2004.
