This covered bridge actually accommodates the station of "Laurent-Bonnevay", at the East end of Metro Line A (Perrache-Laurent Bonnevay).

The motorway underneath this "overground tunnel" is the Eastern Inner by-pass of Lyons (N383).

One can see the bus station on the left, accross the motorway.
