Continental Breakfast served between Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid and Liège-Guillemins, on board of Thalys 9409 (Paris Nord ---> Köln Hbf): • Orange Juice (Tropicana pure premium) • Bread • Butter • Apricot jam • Vache qui rit • Croissant • Pruns salad • Tea As I was travelling Brussels-Liège only, I would have normally been entitled to a mere light snack, as those passengers travelling Paris-Liège, Paris-Aachen and Paris-Cologne, who had already got a (bigger) breakfast on Paris-Brussels. On that morning, I however got the same breakfast as that served to those passengers travelling Brussels-Germany... Cold dinner served to (Comfort-1) passengers travelling Belgium-Germany on Thalys 9453 (Paris Nord ---> Köln Hbf). • Main course: poached salmon with cream, lentil & potato salad, snow peas and brocolis • Leerdammer cheese • KitKat • White bread • Butter • Cold drink: Stella Artois Bier (Leuven) • Hot drink: Tea (served later, twice) More basic than cold meals served on France-Belgium: no starter, lighter dessert, and only 1 cold drink. 11th April 2008.
