The new train for europe, called Thalys, arriving at Köln Hbf (December 1997). The Thalys differs from the early TGV generations (TGV-A and TGV-SE) in that it is rounder and sleeker. This train can operate under four different power supplies. This train runs from Paris to Bruessel, Koeln and Amsterdam.
