<br>This is actually a separate, smaller area marketed as "Kiosque", located at the very end of Coach 8, just above the end, self-contained bogie.

This 17-seat area was originally designed with a view to accommodating parties.
<p>
Yet, it is actually little praised, as it provides substandard accommodation, thence now only reservable once other Comfort 2 accommodation has been sold out. 
<p>
No decision has leaked as to the fate of this area under the Thalys fleet refurbishment (2007/2008).
