TGV PSE set (Mk1 Refurb), seen on TGV 5404/5 (Strasbourg Ville-->Marseille St Charles), nearing Continental Divide (North/Mediterranean, standing in the background) and the former German-French border (1871), now segregating the regions of Alsace and Franche-Comté.

At this stage, this set had been running on the left-hand track for a while (viz. since Mulhouse).

Once at destination, it was to rotate with TGV 6870 (Marseille St Charles-->Melun, via Lyon-Part Dieu), and then to run empty back to Paris-AMPSE (Conflans).
