TGV Méditerranée - the fastest train of the world - on the route: Geneve -
Lyon Part-Dieu - Valence TGV - Avignon TGV - Marseille Saint-Charles -
Cannes - Nice-Ville at the station of Geneva, ready for departure. On the
new high speed railway line between Lyon Part-Dieu and
Marseille Saint-Charles it reaches its maximal speed: 300 km/h! It is
faster to travel from Geneva to Marseilles by TGV than by plane!
