It seems to be a "Pendolino-Exhibition". Here is the tilting version of the TGV, called TGV Pendulaire, a rebuilt TGV PSE. As far as I know, there is only one prototype of this train in the moment, so it is rarely seen. Eurailspeed 98 Berlin-Grunewald.
