SNCF unidentified grey BB 26000 is hauling train 3309 Paris-Charbourg, passing Mézières sur Seine. 
Is is seen abeam the former power plant, nowadays out of service, of Porcheville.
The frozen overflows of the river Seine are visible  as foreground, where as the river is behind the train and the motorway.
