The station of VENTIMIGLIA - the border station. You see on the track no. 1 an
SNCF locomotive. The station is electrified with the voltage 1,5 kV DC; the rest
of Italy has the voltage 3 kV DC; The Cote d'Azur line (France) is electrified with 
25 kV, 50 Hz AC. So, for technical reasons it is necessary to change the locomotive
in this station.
