These 2 units form a limited fleet within VFE (2x2 units), used for banking duties on the Tournay-Capvern gradient (33% - 1 in 30), on Pilgrimage services and on Corail Lunéa 4678/9 "Léman-Côte Basque" (Hendaye-Genève, with through-cars to Nice).

While the 108554 is in "Fret" livery, it is actually vested in SNCF-VFE.
