SNCF - CC6503. Gare de Lyon in Paris in Easter 1977 with TEE 11 Mistral Paris - Nice. This TEE-train was with no doubt the most luxurious of all trains in Europe, with its hairdresser and parfumeshops. It was also one of the TEE's, whitch runned on the longest distance (1086 km). In 1982 the TGV was reaching Marseille, and Mistral was withdrawn. The TGV has still not really reached the comfort-niveau of the Mistral, even though TGV is much faster (6h.27min, soon 5h.17min vs 8h.58min).
