Electric locomotive SNCF CC 6503 built 1969 by Alsthom for
SNCF, used mostly with heavy express trains in the French DC
network. Used until 2005, then lended to Augsburg as an
ambassador locomotive. It carries the sign of the TEE
Aquitaine (Paris-Austerlitz - Bordeaux-St-Jean) which
operated 1971 to 1990 with Grand Confort coaches.
