Farewell to X2800s...

Facing seats, with far more legroom than in some newly-delivered DMUs...

Interiors were refurbished in 1976-78. Second-class seats are an improved version (deeper, higher and wider, with a less upright back)) of those fitted in Z6400s DMUs.
Now old-fashioned, but still well-kept.
