France – Pons: Once the junction for the line through Gemozac to Saujon and the popular seaside town of Royan, the station at Pons is today but a shadow of its former self. However, the peace is disturbed several times a day by the passage of Corail trains; Bo-Bo 67429 and a sister head the 1023 from Bordeaux to Nantes. 16 April 2006.
