These cars were introduced in 1992-93 on fast or semi-fast "long-distance commuter" services of SNCF TER, such as Paris-Laroche Migennes, Paris-Rouen, Paris-Amiens and Paris-Compiègne.

Lower Deck. Seats are identical to those fitted in RRR cars (Regional Version) built in the late-80s, while ambiance is very close to that of Refurbished TGV PSE sets and of B10tu/B11tu refurbished Corail cars (Corail Plus and Nouvelle Décoration).
