One of the most unexpected USI car ever:

2nd-class/driving-car "Cyclope" USI car (B10tx) of SNCF.

This is actually a standard B10t USI car, fitted with a cramped cab in 1972, so as to run USI formations in pull-push operation on Paris-Orléans-Tours-Poitiers, using BB-9533 and 9535, at 160Km/h.
Owing to that little and single window, this car was quickly nicknamed "Cyclope".

This experiment paved the way for pull-push Corail formations (using B6Dux driving-cars and adapted Class 9200), which ran on that line from 1978 until 1987.

Paris-Austerlitz.
