1st/2nd-class open-room/compartment USI car (A2t2B2t3) of Région Languedoc-Roussillon, seen in Nīmes, on TER 76441 (Avignons-Narbonne).
This car belongs to the last orders for USI cars (1970-1973), as it is mounted on Y28C bogies.
It was originally arranged as a 1st class-only car, with 2 small saloons at both ends and 4 compartments in-between.
In the mid-80s, half of it was declassified, which made this car the most diverse type running in France, with Open-room and compartment seating available in both classes.
It was refurbished in 2003/2004, and primarily runs on stopping TER services alongside the coast.
