Interiors of a First-class A9u Eurofima/VSE ("Voiture Standard Européenne") car of SNCF, seen at Paris-Est in the consist of a Paris-Metz Corail service.
This car was built in 1977 and refurbished in the late-90s, under the "Nouvelle Décoration" program. This side-corridor looks rather dark, and very typical of the grey-ish 90s... 30th December 2003. P.L.Guillemin (plguillemin@yahoo.fr) |

This car was built in 1977 and refurbished in the late-90s, under the "Nouvelle Décoration" program. While original seats have remained, ambiance is very comparable to that of TGV Atlantique/Réseau/Duplex in First-class. This cars remain the most comfortable mainline rolling-stock of SNCF, although seat covers already look rather worn out. 30th December 2003. P.L.Guillemin (plguillemin@yahoo.fr) |
