Originally, this car had been built to A11u (1st-class), but was declassified (B11u) in 1983/1984, as passengers had found the original layout too cramped by 1st-class standards.

Farewell to Paris-Munich conventional daytime services (Ultimate day!!!)
2nd-class/bike/snack (Compartments) Corail "Nouvelle Décoration" car (B9ux, VU-75) of SNCF-VFE, seen in the consist of the very last EC 67 ever (Paris Est ---> München Hbf), upon arrival in Strasburg. This car is part of a batch of 4 Corail cars, running on Paris-Strasburg only, as a relief. Strasbourg. 9th June 2007.

2nd-class/bike/snack (Compartments) Corail "Nouvelle Décoration" car (B9ux, VU-80) of SNCF-TIR, seen in the consist of TIR 3909 (Paris Austerlitz---> Montluçon, reversing at Bourges).
Shortly after going refurb in the late-90s under the "Nouvelle Décoration" program, this car lost 2 compartments so as to make room for a bike-storage area and vending-machines, and therefore became a B9ux car. Paris-Austerlitz. 1st September 2005.
