Railbusses class Dm7 of the PMR (Porvoon Museorautatie, Porvoo Museum Railway)
arriving in the station Porvoo R8 on 01/07/95. The PMR operates old diesel
railbusses on Helsinki - Kerava - Porvoo every sunday during the summer.

New Dm12 class diesel railbus no. 4401, built by CKD Vagonka at Czech Republic, approaching Joensuu on 16.5.2005. Its commercial use between Joensuu and Pieksämäki began on the next day. These railbuses will replace traditional "blue" regional trains on several less-crowded non-electrified routes, to reduce the operating costs.

VR - Finland Between 1954 and 1963 Valmet built 197 diesel motor cars class Dm7 for services on regional lines. Around 20 are preserved by Finnish museum railway associations and number 4020, the first of the class, can be seen in the National Railway Museum. VR - Finland Class Ds1 was the first motor car class of the Finnish railways. It was built in 1928 by Pasila workshop using parts from Sweden. In total 3 were built and the last was withdrawn in 1955, being replaced by class Dm7 diesel motor cars. Number 1 is preserved in the National Railway Museum. Dm 10 railcar in Iisalmi during summer 1994. The prototype 4301 was
built from coach Eit 23018 at VR Pieksämäki works.
It remains the only example of it's class as
the new diesel railcars series Dm 11 were ordered from
Alsthom, Spain and are to be delivered during spring 1997.

Dm10 DMU at Pieksamäki station in May 1998. This prototype DMU was taking some men dressed in suits and looking like business exucutives for a ride towards Jyväskylä.

A Dm9-class museum DMU at Jyväskylä during Suolahti Steam Festival in 1997. Dm9's were used between mid 60's and late 80's. They were used as fast trains. One unit consisted of two engine cars and one car in the middle without engine.
