2 High-speed lines next to each other in the southern suburbs of Madrid.
• Left: Madrid-Sevilla LAV
• Right: Madrid-Barcelona LAV
Both lines near each other at this stage, and thereafter run in parrallel yet independently until Madrid-Puerta de Atocha. By 2013/2014, a 3rd high-speed line is to run in parrallel, further left, i.e. the 2nd Stage of the Madrid-Valencia LAV (Stage 1 to use the Madrid-Sevilla LAV until Torrejón de Velasco).
