Semi-Refurbished Class 440 of RENFE-Cercanias (440.132, ex-Regionales), seen terminating at Latour de Carol, upon arrival from L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

In 1999, this unit got (2nd-hand) mainline seats, and lost both its intermediate trailer and luggage-van, to run on Barcelona-Cerdanya ("Delta") services.

It has otherwise retained its original condition.
<p>
Interestingly, this unit was re-liveried to "Regionales" standards just a few months before passing to RENFE-Cercanias, which took over Vic-Latour de Carol in early-2004...
