Semi-Refurbished Class 440 of RENFE-Cercanias (440.109).

This unit has got interiors identical to those of fully-refurbished Class 440 of Cercanias (440R) and lost its intermediate trailer, but has otherwise remained the same.

Although this limited fleet primarily runs on Commuter services around Santander/Torrelavega, it may also extend until Valladolid, on "Regional" services, as was the case on that day...
