Refurbished Class 432 "Electrotren" (432 004) right next to a Class 448 of RENFE.
While both units were then in the "Largo Recorrido" livery, the 432 had already been downgraded to (fast) Regional duties. Conversely, the Class 448 was (still) running on Mainline services ("Intercity"). Madrid-Fuencarral. 1991. Refurbished Class 432 "Electrotren" (432 001) of RENFE, seen on the Regional service "Costa de la Mancha" (Alicante-Ciudad Real), upon reversal at Alcazar de San Juan.
While this unit was remodelled in the late-80s to similar standards as those offered by Class 448s, including the RENFE-Largo Recorrido white/blue livery, it had already been downgraded to (fast) services of RENFE-Regionales.
