Stage 2 (served on Palencia ---> León):
• Lettuce, Tomato, Mozarella and Origan salad;
• Braised pork loin, with Safron rice, Green pepper and Xamfaina sauce;
• Bread, Butter, Vinegar and Olive oil (with Lemon); and
• Almond and Vanilla sponge cake.
Coffee was served twice after leaving León, with Digestive.
