Complimentary Lunch served in Club class on AVE 3151 (Madrid-Puerta de Atocha ---> Barcelona-Sants, running nonstop).
Stage 2 (served on napkin while passing Guadalajara-Yebes, at about 15:20):
• Gaspacho;
• Green salad, Serrano ham, Mahón cheese and Genoan Pesto sauce;
• Fig-stuffed chicken breast with liver sauce, green asparagus, potato hash and sautéed cherry tomatoes;
• White Wine (Penedés- Viña Sol);
• Water; and
• Caprichio, Bread and Olive oil (with Lemon).
This was the Gourmet full menu. A faster option (Express menu) was also available, with 1 cold main dish and dessert.
