Expreso "Hispania", seen at Barcelona-Término (now Estaçió de França), awaiting departure to Cerbère (for the overnighters to Geneva/Basel/Hamburg and Roma/Milano).

On that evening, a Class 269 in "Mazinguer" livery was on duty, together with Corail cars leased from SNCF. These ran from 1981/1983, pending further deliveries of Class 9000 cars. They were mounted on CAF-GC3 bogies, which were later used with Class 10000 cars and the 30 Bc10ux Couchettes Corail cars which ran on French-Iberic sleepers from 1985 to 1996.
