Trenhotel 406 "Francisco de Goya", seen upon arrival from Madrid-Chamartin.
This is the route panel of a Talgo 6 car delivered at the 90s. LCD as from day one, yet somehow outdated as to:
_naming (top): The "Paris-Madrid talgo" was renamed "Francisco de Goya" on 02/06/1991;

Trenhotel Elipsos 477/6 "Joan Miró" (Paris Austerlitz-->Barcelona Sants, via Limoges), seen emerging out of the gauge-changer to the station of Portbou.
At this stage, this formation was being banked by a French locomotive. Unlike daytime services, banking extends until the trainshed of Portbou (South end), as sleepers are distinctly longer than daytime Talgo formations (300-420m instead of 120-180m). On that day, this service was delayed by 40min. At 6:25am, there was hardly any daylight, humidity rate was in excess of 75% and temperature already in the region of 32°C. This was due to dense coastal fog, acting as a greenhouse... Portbou (Spanish sector). 25th July 2005.

Talgo Pendular formation stabled in Barcelona-San Andreu Comtal, awaiting to be shunted to the Talgo workshops:
Trenhotel 945/4 "Antonio Machado" (Cadiz-->Barcelona Sants). Mostly fitted with Talgo 5 cars, and some Talgo 6 stock (primarily TWL6d-623 cars, for WL Gran Clase). Barcelona-San Andreu Comtal. 25th July 2005.

Talgo Pendular formation, diagrammed on Trenhotel 947/6 "Antonio Machado" (Barcelona Sants ---> Cadiz).
This formation mostly consists of Talgo 5 cars, save for Gran Clase (Talgo 6 TWL6d-623 cars) and Sleeperettes accommodation (Talgo 4 TA4L-431 cars). Barcelona-San Andreu Comtal. 9th June 2006.

Trenhotel set (4C2) used on Trenhotel 335/4-333/2 "Lusitania" (Madrid Chamartín <---> Lisboã Santa Apolónia).
This is actually the very first Trenhotel formation to be re-liveried to RENFE-Operadora standards. While it primarily consists of Talgo 4 stock, one may also find some Talgo 5 cars. Madrid-Fuencarral. 3rd December 2005.

EN 273 "Pau Casals" from Barcelona after arrival at its destination.
The Talgo set "6C5" (what does that code stand for?) consists of
generator car TG6-612005, two first class sleeping cars TWL6g-603019
and 603038, two two-bed sleeping cars TWL6d-623006 and 623006,
restaurant car TR6-610034, cafeteria/kitchen car TC6-606009, two
four-bed sleeping cars TWL6u-604020, two "superreclinable" sleeperette
cars TA6L-631001 and 631004 and another generator car TG6z-611009.
Only the generator car at the rear end of the consist is running.
As the sleeping cars have only a door on one side and the cafeteria
and restaurant cars no doors at all, the 12-car consist has only five
doors on each side.
