This car belongs to subsequent orders for Class 9000 cars (1983). It is mounted on CAF GC-1 bogies, a broad-gauge version for the Y-32 of ANF.
This car offers one of the best ever 1st-class seated-accommodation in Spain: 2+1 seating, large and well-contoured seats, pitch in the region of 1,000mm and a video system.
Interiors got a light refurbishment in 1995/1996.
