Class 728 001, former "Schienenbus", now used as maintainance car for "indusi", the inductively driven automatic security system. "Indusi" causes a forced breaking if drivers ignore signals or tempo limits.

Klv 96, the so-called "Propan-Express", composed of two Klv 53 and
a central carbody. These units were used to maintain the propane
lights of mechanical signals. Today the last remaining mechanical
signals have electric lights, and none of the Klv 96 are in use any

Sicherungsposten Ein Sicherungsposten kurz vor Ende seiner Pause in Mülheim (Ruhr) Hauptbahnhof am 14. März 2006.
