Overhead wire maintenance car DBAG class 709.0 in Dresden-Neustadt.
Only three units were built 1993/1994 for the DR by Plasser &
Theurer, derived from the ÖBB X 552, as a successor of class 708.
Later the DB decided for two cheaper types (class 711.0 by
Windhoff and 711.1 by Gleisbaumechanik Brandenburg). 2001-07-15.
