As you all know, the Stadtwerke Krefeld (SWK) rides their tramways on narrow gauge tracks (1000mm), whereas the Rheinbahn (of D&uuml;sseldorf) uses standard gauge (1435mm). Line U 76 (and its express-variant U 70) leads from D&uuml;sseldorf into the centre from Krefeld. So there is a need for multi-rail tracks, in Krefeld is used the four-rail type. Here you see a fiddle-switch of narrow-gauge into the four-rail track.
