Tramcar 5102 of the Kölner Verkehrsbetriebe (KVB) enters the tunnel at
Deutz on 29 June 2002. It was the first day this new class was in regular
service. After some technical problems, it was decided to bring the train back
to the depot Merheim. So it left the normal way of line 3 north of
Suevenstraße and took this track which has no regular line traffic. It
leads into the tunnel of line 1 that passes near the depot. The building on the
left in the background is the Kölnarena. The second car of the train is
5104.
