The interior of tramcar 4501 of the Kölner Verkehrsbetriebe (KVB), seen at
the official presentation of K 4500 series on 18 April 2005. For the first time
they did place the network map on a vertical surface (above the ticket machine)
rather than at the ceiling. The section between the two articulations forms the
central "bogie", it is much longer than the central section of the K 4000 series
(other series, which have high floor, do not have a central section, the central
bogie is placed under the articulation which links the two sections of the
carbody).
