Dampflokfest Dresden, 30 April 2000 Reproduction (built 1935) of Germany's first steam train (built 1835 by Stephenson). The cars (2nd, 3rd and 1st class) had short wheelbases, wooden undercarriages and carbodies derived from horse-drawn coaches.

Dampflokfest Dresden, 30 April 2000 Reproduction of the Stephenson-built locomotive of Germany's first steam train (Nürnberg - Fürth). All three wheelsets are fixed in the same frame, the big powered wheels in the middle have no flanges. The whole steam engine is located between the wheels.
