Steam locomotive K.Bay.Sts.B. S 3/6 3634.
The locomotive has been restored in a bright green,
I am not sure how authentic this is.

K.Bay.Sts.B. steam locomotive S 3/6 3634, built 1912 as part
of the series d/e with 2000 mm driving wheel diameter. From 1908
to 1931, 159 locomotives of many different subseries were built
by J. A. Maffei (München). 120 km/h, 1300 kW, 89.5 t, length
22.095 m, tender 2'2'T32.5. It was in service until 1954. In 2003, the "Verkehrszentrum" was opened because the space in the main house of Deutsches Museum was not sufficient for the rail and road exhibits. However it's not an improvement in all cases: If you compare this to my other photos of the 3634, you see that it's much more difficult now to get a decent photo because the locomotive is not standing free and has a glass wall in front. K.Bay.Sts.B. steam locomotive S 3/6 3634, front view. Very
clearly a four cylinder compound locomotive.
