Altenburg station building
Station building of Altenburg located on the Saxon-Bavarian Railway from Leipzig to Hof in the state of Thuringia. South of Altenburg, in Lehndorf, the line to Gera branches to the west. In the 1990s, the station building was thoroughly renovated. Among other things, the wooden doors of the portico were restored, which had been replaced in GDR times by aluminum doors.
