The upgraded line Cologne-Düren
(ABS 4)
seen in Lövenich from the north side on 24 September 2001. While the area
for the S-Bahn (urban trains) on the south side is under construction, all
trains use the new highspeed tracks, which are equipped with temporary
platforms. The stair in the picture is the access to the northern platform.
When the south side is finished, it (and the platforms) will be removed and the
acoustic wall will be closed.
