The new S-Bahn (urban trains) station Müngersdorf Technologiepark (in the
west of Cologne) on the upgraded line Cologne-Düren
(<a href="http://www-users.rwth-aachen.de/christoph.schmitz2/strecke/strecke.html">ABS 4</a>)
seen from the south side on 31 July 2002. The platform and the roof are under
construction. In the foreground is a distant signal repeater. The bridge with
the Vitalisstra&szlig;e (and the access to the station) under it can be seen on
the left. Actually this station is inside the freight station of Ehrenfeld.
Behind the acoustic wall are six other tracks for passenger and freight trains.
