Frankfurt an der Oder - parking lot
This is the parking lot and possible bus station at Frankfurt an der Oder, but at the time was fenced off due to construction.

This was taken Friday, 10th July 1998, a day before the Love Parade in Berlin, and the 1998 FIFA World Cup's 63rd game (not the Brazil vs. France final game which took place 12th July 1998).
