A new way of shunting wagons: who needs a locomotive when you have
an excavator? Like this it takes several minutes to move the wagon
to the other end of the platform, but as track 5 of Dresden Hbf is
currently closed for constructions, it seems to be impossible to 
use a locomotive. The wagon belongs to ITL and is registered by the
