Dresden Hauptbahnhof, the main facade of the station seen from the 
eastern building. Built 1892 to 1895, damaged 1945, rebuilt 1949 in
a simplified shape. Today much of the building is not in such a good
state; an extensive rebuilding according to plans of Sir Norman Foster
will take place in the next years. January 2001.
