The eastern end of the station in Buir on the upgraded line Cologne-Düren
(<a href="http://www-users.rwth-aachen.de/christoph.schmitz2/strecke/strecke.html">ABS 4</a>)
seen from the platform of track 1 on 23 August 2001. Track 2 was equipped with
a temporary platform to allow the old platform west of the level crossing to be
removed. Left of the platform the highspeed tracks are under construction.
