The station of Buir on the upgraded line Cologne-Düren
(<a href="http://www-users.rwth-aachen.de/christoph.schmitz2/strecke/strecke.html">ABS 4</a>)
seen on 23 November 2002. This is the access to the northern platform for the
S-Bahn (urban trains). The two holes in the floor and the ceiling indicate
where the elevator will be built. East of the platform, the tunnel has an
opening between the S-Bahn line and the highspeed line, this can be seen at the
top.
