The station of Buir on the upgraded line Cologne-Düren
(<a href="http://www-users.rwth-aachen.de/christoph.schmitz2/strecke/strecke.html">ABS 4</a>)
seen from the south side on 23 November 2002. In the new tunnel under the
tracks there is a pedestrian way on the left and a street on the right. The
stairs on the left connect the pedestrian way with the southern platform for
the S-Bahn (urban trains). The visible platform roof belongs to the northern
platform which is accessed from inside the tunnel.
