In July 1994 an IC-train from Berlin Hbf to Hamburg had just arrived the station Lehrter Stadtbahnhof. The station Friedrichstrasse is at the right side of the train and not visible on the photo. Two diesel locomotives BR218 pulled the train. These two locomotives were necessary for the enormous current, the wagons needed. The offical statement, however, was, that the power of the two locomotives was required. Photo taken by Lars Waldmann lars@mlubioinf1.biochemtech.uni-halle.de
